WERNER’S FRONTIER, INC.To Whom It May Concern:
This is your notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 302A.727. Werner's Frontier, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the "Corporation"), intends to dissolve, and has filed a notice of intent to dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State as of September 24, 2026.
Creditors and claimants will have 90 days from the date of first publication, September 28, 2026, to submit written claims against the Corporation to Werner's Frontier, Inc., 66 Windsor Court, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 and to the attention of John Jameson.(September 28-October 5-12-19)
