NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
DISSOLUTION OF
THE TALMUD TORAH OF ST. PAULTHIS NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 317A.727:
I.
The Talmud Torah of St. Paul, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation is in the process of dissolving.
II.
The company has filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Minnesota a Notice of Intent to Dissolve.
III.
The Notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed on the 9th day of August, 2026, by Ari Parritz, the President of The Talmud Torah of St. Paul.
IV.
Written claims must be received by the later of 90 days after the first date of publication of Notice or the date that written notice was given to a particular creditor or claimant. Written claims are to be submitted to the following:
