REINERT, Decedent.Notice is given that a petition has been filed requesting that the Estate assets be summarily assigned and distributed without probate administration. The Petition also requests the probate of an instrument purporting to be Decedent's last will dated December 16, 1994. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections or claims are filed, the Court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the Estate's assets. If objections are filed, another hearing may be scheduled. Any charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceeding be given to the attorney general pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 501B.41, Subdivision 5.
