Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed the Petition may be granted.
IT IS ORDERED, that the petition be heard using remote technology on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 2:30 PM by the above-named Court at Ramsey County Courthouse, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Information on how to participate in the remote hearing may be obtained by calling the Court at 651-266-8145.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that
· the petitioner give notice of the hearing by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order by U.S. Postal Service at least 15 days prior to the hearing date to all interested parties;
· this notice be published one time at least 20 days before the date of the hearing in a legal newspaper in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
